Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (United States Only)

• Free Shipping: All orders $59+ (automatically applied at checkout)

Orders Under $59:

• Orders containing Spa Products (Dog Shampoo): Standard Shipping — $6.99 (5–8 business days)
• Orders with other products only (T-Shirts, etc.):
  • Standard Shipping — $9.99 (5–8 business days)
  • Express Shipping — $27.99 (2–4 business days)
  • Standard Overnight — $49.99 (next business day)

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days at Support@DogtopiaShop.com and we’ll make it right.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Orders placed before 1pm CST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm CST will ship the next business day.
